I have the same pet peeve!  If you are not capable of answering your phone, then leave a message as to when you will be able to return calls...just a thought.

So true John, answering calls and getting back to people in a timely manner should be number 1 priorities to successful Realtors, along with being on time to appointments and meetings.  Great Job with jumping onto YouTube!
