I just had a fight today!!!

not really...but I did just get your attention! How are you gaining attention toward yourself and your marketing? How many Press Releases have you sent to your local newspapers? How many times have you advertised your new technology? Have you thought of something different to make your listings stand out?

I am constantly on the look out for something new. Anytime I add another page to my website, or portal, a new press release goes out! There was a time when I subscribed to the Talking House System and I was featured on the local news channel, and all three of our newspapers.

That one press release has given me 3 new clients who have either purchased or sold a piece of property with me! That advertising was FREE!

There are so many ways to get your name out! For Free!

So, here I go! Headed back out to rejoin that fight!

How do you go about releasing your Press releases? I have not fully looked into it yet but It has been on my mind for a few months. Do you contact them or have a special website you go to or something else to get that exposure? I love the idea of Talking House and Will BE implementing it for sure ! I've always been a buyers agent but now also taking on Selling agent duty as well and I have all kinds of marketing ideas ready!! :) Thanks for sharing this friendly reminder of what we all need to be doing!

Tom-what I had to do was send separate press releases to each editor of the respctive newspapers. Talking House actually will send one out for you. Once that happens, you can take their model and use it for any new idea you implement!

John- The title got me, but I should have known better, shame on me. Press Releases are a great idea.  Do you still use the talking house?

Dana, I haven't used the talking house system in quite some time. I really don't know why I stopped. They have a wonderful system and great support. Maybe I will re-institute it into my marketing!
